Thank you for shopping with Scene & Scent. We take care in preparing and shipping each candle to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods (such as new scent launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping across the United States:

Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate

Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax)
- Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a shipping fee.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.
Local Delivery & Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup or same-day delivery.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window:

We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Scene & Scent is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers,
