Return Policy

At Scene & Scent, we want you to love your candle as much as you love the film that inspired it. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund if needed.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, email us at info@sceneandscent.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we can’t guarantee changes as your order may already be in production.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down or file a claim.
